Are We Almost There? is a hilarious new musical revue about travel. It features original songs and sketches by Morris Bobrow, 3-time winner of the Bay Area Theater Critics' Circle Award for Outstanding New Musical. The fast-paced show consists of comedy numbers about travel by car, plane, bus and other modes the frustrations, anxieties and travails of going places. A talented, funny cast will have you laughing out loud and nodding with recognition at the familiar situations we all find ourselves in when we leave home. This show is a must-see for all commuters, tourists, travelers, vacationers and even travelogue watchers basically, anyone who leaves home. DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT SEEING IT!
Are We Almost There? plays at the Shelton Theater one block from Union Square at 533 Sutter Street, between Powell and Mason. The show runs Thursday-Saturday at 8:00 p.m.. Tickets are $18-$20, with discounts for seniors, students and groups. For further information and/or tickets, please call 415-345-7575. They can accommodate you Monday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
There are three other options for purchasing tickets: (1) purchase them online at ticketweb.com; (2) go to the half-price TIX booth on Union Square the day of the show (the TIX booth is open Tuesday-Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m); or (3) purchase tickets at the theater box office 30 minutes before curtain time. Please note that shows always start within five minutes of the curtain time.
